People wishing to organise the following on the premises of the Jagiellonian University Medical College:

1. a sporting, cultural or entertainment (also artistic) event,
2. an event of a scientific nature (only if its programme involves sport, cultural or entertainment elements, including artistic elements),
3. other events for which its organiser has reasonable concerns about the safe conduct of the event;

and one of the above-mentioned events taking place off JUMC premises, but funded by JUMC,

 - must comply with the Procedure for ensuring the safety of events organised at the Jagiellonian University Medical College.

The person responsible for organising the event is required to notify their intention to organise the event no later than 7 days before the planned start date of the event (for non-mass events) or no later than 30 days before the planned start date of the event (for mass events):

1. to the manager of the JUMC facility where the planned event is supposed to take place — using the form available below,
2. to the security specialist — in electronic form at the following e-mail address: bezpieczenstwo@cm-uj.krakow.pl,
3. to the JUMC Health and Safety Inspectorate and Fire Safety Inspectorate — in electronic form including the ORZ.IMP occupational risk assessment form at the e-mail address: bhp.cm@uj.edu.pl(if there are plans to use special effects or other media or agents that may pose a risk to the health or life of participants or performers from the JUMC during the event),
4. to the JUMC Health and Safety Inspectorate and Fire Safety Inspectorate — in electronic form at the e-mail address: bhp.cm@uj.edu.pl (if fire hazardous materials will be used during the event or the facility's fire protection system may be tampered with).

Further steps of the event security procedure depend, among other things, on initial security guidelines and opinions.
